The service

Testimize produces automated AI visibility reports: we analyze the public pages of a business website and score how well AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude can understand and recommend the business. A report preview is free; the full action pack is unlocked with a one-time purchase.

What a report is — and isn't

Reports are generated by automated analysis, including AI models, from publicly available information at the time of the scan. They are informational recommendations, not professional, legal, or financial advice. AI assistants change constantly; we can't and don't guarantee that following a report's recommendations will cause any AI assistant or search engine to recommend or rank your business.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself. If you're unhappy with a purchased report, contact us at hello@testimize.comand we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to audit a website you have no legitimate interest in, or to harass its owner.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't resell or republish reports as your own without permission.

Intellectual property

The site, report format, and underlying analysis are ours. Your purchased report is yours to use for your business, including sharing it with your team or contractors.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a report.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@testimize.com.
