Privacy Policy.

Last updated August 30, 2026. Testimize is operated by Webika Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we handle and why, in plain language.

What we collect

  • Website scan data. When you (or we) run an audit of a website, we fetch and analyze publicly available pages of that site — text, metadata, structured data, and a screenshot. We do not access anything behind a login.
  • Business contact details.To deliver audit reports, we collect business email addresses from publicly available sources (such as the business's own website and domain records). These are business contacts, used only to deliver the report and related follow-ups.
  • Details you give us. Name, email, and message content when you use the contact form or request an audit.
  • Payment data. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We receive order confirmation details (name, email, order ID) but never see or store your card number.
  • Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This involves cookies set by Google.

How we use it

  • To generate, deliver, and improve AI visibility reports.
  • To respond to messages and support requests.
  • To process purchases and send order-related email.
  • To measure and improve the website itself.

We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run Testimize: hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, Railway, Neon), payment processing (Lemon Squeezy), email delivery, website analysis and screenshot services, AI model providers used to generate report text, and Google Analytics. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Email and opting out

If we emailed you a report about your business, that email includes a way to opt out, and any opt-out is honored permanently. You can also email us and we'll remove you.

Retention and your rights

We keep report and account data for as long as it's needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@testimize.com. We respond within a reasonable time, and at most within the period required by applicable law.
